SUNDAY 16TH DECEMBER 2018
Sunday looks a better day with good spells of sunshine but some showers to at times, Showers will be heaviest across the northwest, west and southwest of Ireland where the will be a risk of isolated thunderstorms with also the risk of hail. Temperatures will range between 5C to 8C over the day.
SUNDAY NIGHT 16TH DECEMBER 2018.
Sunday night will see clear spells across most of the county but some cloud to at times. There will be further showers across Atlantic coastal county’s over night some of hail with the ongoing risk of thunder. There will be the slight risk of frost over night as temperatures will range between 0C to 4C over night.
MONDAY 17TH DECEMBER 2018
Another spell of heavy rainfall will move in of the Atlantic on Monday morning with the risk of spot flooding over the day as the rain spreads eastwards across the country. Rain will clear northwestern and western parts over the late afternoon and evening and linger across the south and eastern half of Ireland. Monday night another spell of rain will is expected and will be heavy in places with the ongoing risk of spot flooding. Monday at present looks to be a milder day with temperatures between 9C to 13C across Ireland.
