TODAY's Forecast

Heavy rain will slowly move in from the southwest after Friday midday and slowly moving northeastward across Ireland over the afternoon, and evening. Temperatures will range between 5C to 9C over the day. It will turn windy over night wind strong south to southeast winds.

TONIGHT's Forecast

FRIDAY NIGHT 14TH DECEMBER 2018.

Rain will continue on Friday night and clear Saturday morning, Rain will be heavy overnight with the risk of spot flooding. Wind will remain strong over night and southeast in direction. Temperatures will range between 4C to 11C


TOMORROW's forecast

SATURDAY 15TH DECEMBER 2018

A area of low pressure will track over Ireland on Saturday and the risk of strong winds and severe gusts to parts, especially across the southern half of Ireland for a time. There will also be very heavy rainfall for parts with the risk of spot flooding due to big rainfall totals in a short period of time. A Yellow weather Advisory has been issued with this likely to be upgraded to a weather warning later on Friday morning or just after lunch time when details become much clearer. Temperatures will range between 6C to 10C over the day

The areas of low pressure will clear to the northeast of Ireland over night with heavy rainfall easing and clearing to showers, The strong winds will also abate overnight and become more moderate.
