JUST FOR THE CRAIC

The lads down in Dublin have passed a bill this evening to put a new tax on good weather and sunshine due to the amount of sunny days which are forecast over the coming weekend and early next week.

From Tuesday, daily sun rays with a temperature over 16°C are subject to a tax of 20% 100 per rays of sunshine and when temperatures reach 20C° or more they then will be  subject to a tax of 30% per ray of sunshine it is believed the tax will be added on at the end of the year along with the household tax.

A spokesman in Dublin had this to say "For people who wear hats on sunny days there will be a 10% tax deduction but we dont want them ones up in the west and northwest to know that so say nothing"

Another spokesperson in Dublin had this to say "This tax was brought due to Ireland not seen much good weather over the year and it would help us buy in some good weather from abroad in years to come."

There is also attempts to put the price of BBQs up over the coming days but this has been blocked.

The price of Sun cream will also rise at midnight tonight and will go up by 150% due to the lack of sun cream in the country. But sure look go for the cheaper option of a carton of cream.

I have gone out and bought every carton of cream and bottle of suncream in ireland today so if you need some you know where to go.
